Join us (Rose, Kate and Syd) on the longest night of the year to celebrate (YALDA) Winter Solstice Persian way, in a two-hour practice to welcome the transition of seasons.
This uplifting and balanced class is for all levels of practitioners. We’ll begin with a 75 minute blend of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) designed to sooth the body, mind, and nervous system. We’ll then flow into a 15 minute kirtan (sung meditation).
Vegan snacks and tea will be provided at the end of the sadhana.
