Flow Fit

Vinyasa flow-to-fit style classes with strong emphasis on building functional strength and flexibility. A typical class begins with a warm up, then core strengthening, followed by a creative but thoughtful flow through poses with power fitness moves. Classes finish with balancing practice and guided relaxation or meditation. The entire practice is centered around building functional strength, correcting muscular imbalances and posture, and improving balance. Come see where flow meets fitness!

Dynamic Flow

This Mindful Flow class takes you to your highest potential. It is a vinyasa class that incorporates a dynamic flow of postures that blends continuous movement and longer holds. This style can include twists, back bends, hip openers, shoulder openers, and/or inversions and arm balances.

Class Level:
This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.

Tension Release

This class will be completely designed around intent to release stress and tension.

Candle light and deep mellow music will give a lounge vibe. Room will be infused with warmer than normal temp, and aromatherapy. Class includes three moving meditations.

Class will be three part
1) longer holds to build heat and burn off stress and tension
2) balance postures to balance and reset nervous system
3) deep stretching with breath, followed by extended savasana

Noon Flex & Chill

TGIF !!! This class will include a 45 min of vinyasa flow with a 15 min meditation and or relaxation at the end to help you wrap of your work week and get you ready for the weekend.

Weekend Welcome

This class is designed to set the tone for the weekend. Upbeat music, fluid movement, and chromotherapy to boost mood. Class begins and ends with breath work to release endorphins and relieve pain.

Vinyasa flow paired to music. Poses held for 1-3 breaths with focus on presence, grounding and an embodied experience.

Reboot and Recharge + Yoga Nidra

This class begins with a multilevel slower flow linking postures (or vinyasas), allowing you to properly and safely align the body and let the breath initiate the pose. Grounding poses coupled with mindful pranayama begin the journey within (60 min.)

The asana practice is followed with a resting practice called yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is known to lower blood pressure, help induce better sleep, and release anxiety, just to name a few benefits. This class is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling rested and restored (30 min.)
