If you’re one of our yoga adventurers who missed out on last month’s sold-out Yoga & Ride event, get excited, because we’re offering it again! Now, with fall in the air, we can’t wait to hit the open road (and our yoga mats) again. Richmond’s local Basket & Bike will provide the bikes, Upper Shirley Vineyards the food, and we’ll provide the yoga and friends. (And don’t worry if you haven’t traveled by bike since elementary school… as they say, it’s like riding a bike.) Come ride with us from the beautiful Upper Shirley Vineyards to Edgewood Plantation, enjoy an afternoon of yoga, meditation, a delicious picnic lunch, lots of laughter, and plenty of time to relax and take in the beautiful, changing weather. Costa Rica Retreat

Yogis and adventurers: did you know we’re going BACK to Costa Rica this winter? That’s right, we had so much fun on our 2017 Strength and Relaxation Retreat, we’re heading back to paradise for more strength-building, relaxation, empowerment, and fun! This all-women’s retreat kicks off in Playa Grande, Costa Rica in February. Join us February 8 – 13, 2018 for a week of fun, sun, and plenty of opportunities for yoga and fitness classes.
Last spring, we took our yoga practice out of the studio and into the world — all the way to Playa Grande, Costa Rica! The women of our first-ever Strength and Relaxation Retreat had such an amazing time chasing adventure with us that we’re taking our mats on the road again. Join us February 8 – 13, 2018 for tons of strength-building, relaxation, empowerment, and fun in the Costa Rican sun. We’ll offer daily yoga and fitness classes, as well as group excursions and plenty of time for you to chase some adventures of your own.
Yoga at Upper Shirley Vineyards
This special 60 minute yoga practice outdoors on the beautiful riverfront of Upper Shirley Vineyard, will include an all-levels flow complete with heart-opening backbends and lots of hip softening. There will be lots of modifications for those new to the practice or those with injuries.
Join Rose for practice then stay for lunch and or a glass wine!!
